The winch comprises a movable turntable constructed of two superimposed steel plates - a lower plate (1) and an upper plate (2), releasably connected to each other, wherein the lower plate (1) has a perpendicular, central pivot pin (3) and is connected to control actuators (4), while the winch is equipped with an encoder module through which the winch rope passes, mounted between two linear guides (8), enabling the encoder module to move sideways.
