Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mechanizm wychylania uchwytu wiszącej tablicy reklamowej w trzech osiach, zawierający poziomo ułożoną belkę znajdującą się pomiędzy podporami, przy czym do belki zamocowany jest uchwyt w postaci pręta skierowanego ku dołowi, do którego zamocowana jest tablica reklamowa (12). Charakteryzuje się on tym, że uchwyt (5) zamocowany jest w korpusie (1) w postaci ceownika, który posiada dwie ściany boczne zaś do jednej z nich od zewnętrznej strony zamocowany jest pierwszy silnik elektryczny (2) z wałem znajdującym się w wybraniu ściany bocznej i podstawy korpusu (1). Do wału pierwszego silnika elektrycznego (2) zamocowane jest pierwsze koło ze znajdującym się od strony jego podstawy pierwszym trzpieniem, ułożonym niewspółosiowo do osi koła tudzież trzpień znajduje się w rowku znajdującym się w górnej części uchwytu (5). Dłuższe ściany rowka są ułożone wzdłuż osi uchwytu (5). Górna część uchwytu (5) znajduje się pomiędzy ścianami bocznymi korpusu (1). Pod rowkiem do uchwytu (5) prostopadle do jego osi zamocowana jest tuleja, w której znajduje się trzpień (7) osadzony obrotowo w otworach znajdujących się w ścianach bocznych korpusu (1) tudzież belka (8), do której zamocowany jest nieobrotowo korpus (1), zamocowana jest obrotowo wzdłuż jej osi pomiędzy podporami, zaś do podpory zamocowany jest drugi silnik elektryczny (9) z wałem ułożonym równolegle do osi belki (8) i od jej strony. Do wału drugiego silnika elektrycznego (9) zamocowane jest drugie koło ze znajdującym się od strony jego podstawy drugim trzpieniem (11.1), ułożonym niewspółosiowo do osi drugiego koła. Belka (8) posiada trzeci trzpień (8.1) ułożony prostopadle do jej osi i stykający się w pozycji wyjściowej z drugim trzpieniem (11.1). Do dolnego końca uchwytu (5) zamocowany jest obrotowo wokół jego osi pręt (12), na którym osadzone jest pierwsze koło (13) przekładni sprzężone z drugim kołem (14) przekładni, osadzonym na wale trzeciego silnika elektrycznego (15) zamocowanego do uchwytu (5), przy czym osie pręta (12) oraz trzeciego silnika elektrycznego (15) są korzystnie równoległe.The subject of the application is a mechanism for tilting the handle of a hanging advertising board in three axes, comprising a horizontally arranged beam located between the supports, with a handle attached to the beam in the form of a rod directed downwards, to which the advertising board (12) is attached. It is characterized by the fact that the handle (5) is mounted in the body (1) in the form of a U-shaped section, which has two side walls, and to one of them from the outside there is attached the first electric motor (2) with a shaft located in the recess of the side wall. and body base (1). The first wheel is attached to the shaft of the first electric motor (2) with the first pin located at its base, positioned misaligned to the wheel axis, and the pin is located in the groove located in the upper part of the handle (5). The longer walls of the groove are arranged along the axis of the handle (5). The upper part of the handle (5) is located between the side walls of the body (1). Under the groove of the handle (5), perpendicular to its axis, there is a sleeve mounted in which there is a pin (7) mounted rotatably in the holes located in the side walls of the body (1), as well as a beam (8) to which the body (1) is non-rotatably mounted. ), is mounted rotatably along its axis between the supports, and a second electric motor (9) with a shaft arranged parallel to the axis of the beam (8) and on its side is attached to the support. The second wheel is attached to the shaft of the second electric motor (9) with the second pin (11.1) located at its base, positioned misaligned to the axis of the second wheel. The beam (8) has a third pin (8.1) placed perpendicular to its axis and in contact with the second pin (11.1) in the initial position. A rod (12) is attached to the lower end of the handle (5) and rotates around its axis, on which the first gear wheel (13) is mounted, coupled with the second gear wheel (14) mounted on the shaft of the third electric motor (15) attached to the handle ( 5), where the axes of the rod (12) and the third electric motor (15) are preferably parallel.
