Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mechanizm wychylania uchwytu wiszącej tablicy reklamowej w trzech osiach i jej przesuwania, zamocowany na belce (1) zamocowanej pomiędzy podporami, przy czym w mechanizmie do belki (1) zamocowany jest uchwyt (2), korzystnie w postaci pręta skierowany ku dołowi, do którego zamocowana jest tablica reklamowa (3). Charakteryzuje się on tym, że uchwyt (2) zamocowany jest w korpusie (4) w postaci ceownika, który posiada dwie ściany boczne. Do jednej z nich od zewnętrznej strony zamocowany jest pierwszy silnik elektryczny (5) z wałem znajdującym się w wybraniu ściany bocznej korpusu (4). Do wału pierwszego silnika elektrycznego (5) zamocowane jest pierwsze koło ze znajdującym się od strony jego podstawy trzpieniem, ułożonym niewspółosiowo do osi pierwszego koła. Trzpień znajduje się w rowku znajdującym się w górnej części uchwytu (2). Dłuższe ściany rowka są ułożone wzdłuż osi uchwytu (2). Górna część uchwytu (2) znajduje się pomiędzy ścianami bocznymi korpusu (4). Pod rowkiem do uchwytu (2), prostopadle do jego osi zamocowana jest tuleja, w której znajduje się trzpień (9) osadzony obrotowo w otworach znajdujących się w ścianach bocznych korpusu (4), tudzież belka (1), do której zamocowany jest nieobrotowo korpus (4), zamocowana jest obrotowo wokół jej osi pomiędzy podporami, do podpory zamocowany jest drugi silnik elektryczny (10) z wałem ułożonym równolegle do osi belki (1). Do wału drugiego silnika elektrycznego (10) zamocowane jest drugie koło (11) ze znajdującym się od strony jego podstawy trzpieniem (12.1), ułożonym niewspółosiowo do osi drugiego koła. Belka (1) posiada pierwszy trzpień (1.1) ułożony prostopadle do jej osi i stykający się w pozycji wyjściowej z trzpieniem (12.1), zamocowanym do drugiego koła, tudzież do dolnego końca uchwytu (2) zamocowany jest obrotowo wokół jego osi pręt (13), na którym osadzone jest pierwsze koło (14) przekładni, sprzężone z drugim kołem przekładni, osadzonym na wale trzeciego silnika elektrycznego (16), zamocowanego do uchwytu (2). Osie pręta (13) oraz trzeciego silnika elektrycznego (16) korzystnie są ułożone równolegle, tudzież belka (1) zamocowana jest przesuwnie wzdłuż jej osi pomiędzy podporami. Do podpory zamocowany jest trzeci, czwarty silnik elektryczny (17) z wałem ułożonym prostopadle do osi belki (1). Do wału czwartego silnika elektrycznego (17) zamocowane jest trzecie koło ze znajdującym się od strony jego podstawy trzpieniem (19.1), ułożonym niewspółosiowo do osi trzeciego koła. Belka (1) posiada drugi trzpień ułożony prostopadle do jej osi. Pomiędzy trzpieniem (19.1) zamocowanym do trzeciego koła (18) i drugim trzpieniem belki (1) znajduje się element łączący, korzystnie w postaci pasa (20). Pomiędzy belką (1), a podporą znajduje się sprężyna (21) o osi ułożonej równolegle do osi belki (1).The subject of the application is a mechanism for tilting the handle of a hanging advertising board in three axes and moving it, mounted on a beam (1) mounted between the supports, and in the mechanism a handle (2) is attached to the beam (1), preferably in the form of a rod directed downwards, to which the advertising board (3) is attached. It is characterized by the fact that the handle (2) is mounted in the body (4) in the form of a C-section, which has two side walls. The first electric motor (5) with a shaft located in the recess in the side wall of the body (4) is attached to one of them from the outside. The first wheel is attached to the shaft of the first electric motor (5) with a pin located at its base, positioned non-coaxially to the axis of the first wheel. The pin is located in the groove on the top of the handle (2). The longer walls of the groove are arranged along the axis of the handle (2). The upper part of the handle (2) is located between the side walls of the body (4). Under the groove for the handle (2), perpendicular to its axis, there is a sleeve mounted in which there is a pin (9) mounted rotatably in the holes located in the side walls of the body (4), as well as a beam (1) to which the body is non-rotatably mounted (4), is mounted rotatably around its axis between the supports, a second electric motor (10) with a shaft arranged parallel to the beam axis (1) is attached to the support. A second wheel (11) is attached to the shaft of the second electric motor (10) with a pin (12.1) located at its base, positioned misaligned to the axis of the second wheel. The beam (1) has a first pin (1.1) placed perpendicular to its axis and in the initial position in contact with the pin (12.1), attached to the second wheel, and a rod (13) is mounted rotatably around its axis to the lower end of the handle (2). , on which the first gear wheel (14) is mounted, coupled to the second gear wheel, mounted on the shaft of the third electric motor (16), attached to the handle (2). The axes of the rod (13) and the third electric motor (16) are preferably arranged in parallel, and the beam (1) is mounted slidably along its axis between the supports. The third and fourth electric motors (17) with the shaft arranged perpendicular to the beam axis (1) are attached to the support. The third wheel is attached to the shaft of the fourth electric motor (17) with a pin (19.1) located at its base, positioned non-coaxially to the axis of the third wheel. The beam (1) has a second pin placed perpendicular to its axis. Between the pin (19.1) attached to the third wheel (18) and the second beam pin (1) there is a connecting element, preferably in the form of a belt (20). Between the beam (1) and the support there is a spring (21) with its axis parallel to the beam axis (1).
