Abstract
Klejona belka i płyta z wklęsłymi auksetycznymi komórkami składające się z dwóch zewnętrznych, poziomych pasów (1, 6) wykonanych z drewna nie klejonego lub klejonego typu BSH, C16, C24, KVH oraz z dwóch pionowych słupów (2) wykonanych z drewna nie klejonego lub klejonego typu BSH, C16, C24, KVH, a rdzeń belki stanowią faliste pasy wykonane z tarcicy konstrukcyjnej, najlepiej struganej lub sklejki, płyty HDF, płyty OSB, pasy faliste mogą składać się z symetrycznych ścian (4, 5) formujących wklęsłe powierzchnie przez ich połączenie na złącza miniwczepowe, w miejscach największej odległości między sąsiednimi pasami wklejone są wsporniki o kształcie pryzmatycznym, kołowym, teowym lub każdym innym o przekroju graniastym lub owalnym, wsporniki są wklejane za pomocą dedykowanego dla konstrukcji drewnianych kleju poliuretanowego, wodnego lub innego przeznaczonego do łączenia drewna w suchych i mokrych warunkach, grubość t elementów (4, 5) jest równa od 5 mm do 35 mm co 1 mm, obłogi formowane są w cylindry przez zginanie i klejenie klejem poliuretanowym lub dowolnym dedykowanym dla drewna klejem konstrukcyjnym, mają wilgotność bezwzględną od 8% do 15%, zewnętrzna średnica cylindra D2 odpowiada największej odległości między falistymi pasami od 100 do 400 mm, najkorzystniej 150 mm do 250 mm, wewnętrzna średnica cylindra D1 zależy od grubości cylindra, najkorzystniej grubość cylindra jest równa grubości falistego pasa t najkorzystniej t=T, a grubość wstawek pryzmatycznych tw jest równa od 20 mm do 150 mm co 1 mm, najkorzystniej 100 mm.
