Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania węży kroplujących z kompozycji polimerowych zawierających granulaty z przerobu zużytych opon, polegający na wykorzystaniu wytłaczarki do tworzyw termoplastycznych oraz głowicy wytłaczarskiej sztywno, bezprzeponowo połączonej z kalibratorem, znamienny tym, że stosuje się granulaty gumowe, pochodzące z mechanicznego recyklingu zużytych opon, których średnia średnica granulek gumy nie przekracza 1,2 mm, a tolerancja rozmiarów ziaren zawiera się w wąskich granicach +/- 0,2 mm, korzystnie +/- 0,1 mm.The subject of the application is a method of manufacturing drip hoses from polymer compositions containing granulates from the processing of used tires, consisting in the use of an extruder for thermoplastics and an extrusion head rigidly, without a diaphragm, connected to a calibrator, characterized in that rubber granulates originating from the mechanical recycling of used tires are used, the average diameter of which rubber granules does not exceed 1.2 mm, and the grain size tolerance is within narrow limits of +/- 0.2 mm, preferably +/- 0.1 mm.
