Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania węży kroplujących z kompozycji polimerowych zawierających granulaty z przerobu zużytych opon, polegający na wykorzystaniu wytłaczarki do tworzyw termoplastycznych oraz głowicy wytłaczarskiej sztywno, bezprzeponowo połączonej z kalibratorem, znamienny tym, że stosuje się granulaty gumowe, pochodzące z mechanicznego recyklingu zużytych opon, których średnia średnica granulek gumy nie przekracza 1,2 mm, a tolerancja rozmiarów ziaren zawiera się w wąskich granicach +/- 0,2 mm, korzystnie +/- 0,1 mm.
