Abstract

Zgłoszenie to dotyczy sposobu przetwarzania rudy siarczkowej zawierającej składniki użyteczne będące metalami, obejmującego zintegrowanie ługowania (10) na hałdzie produktu dolnego i procesu (12) flotacji, zapewniającego sposób, który jest odpowiedni do przetwarzania rud ze znacznymi ilościami siarczków ulegających ługowaniu. Sposób obejmuje etap rozdrabniania (14) i klasyfikację rozdrobnionej rudy na nadsitową frakcję grubą (16), frakcję drobną (18) odpowiednią do flotacji frakcji drobnej i opcjonalnie frakcję pośrednią (20) odpowiednią do flotacji frakcji grubej. Koncentrat (30) zawierający siarczki żelaza z etapu (22) flotacji frakcji drobnej i opcjonalnie koncentrat (36) z etapu (34) flotacji frakcji grubej miesza się z nadsitową frakcją grubą (16), otrzymując zmieszaną rudę (39), która jest spiętrzana i poddawana procesowi (40) ługowania na hałdzie.
