Abstract
Sposób umacniania wyrobów metalowych, zwłaszcza pasm blach lub prętów polegający na przepychaniu materiału przez narzędzie kształtujące za pomocą walców charakteryzuje się tym, że materiał wsadowy (1) podaje się pomiędzy obracający się walec główny (2) i obracający się w kierunku przeciwnym pierwszy walec oporowy (3), którego środek obrotu jest odsunięty w stronę lewą względem osi symetrii walca głównego (2), następnie materiał wsadowy (1) za pomocą walca głównego (2) i pierwszego walca oporowego (3) wprowadza się pomiędzy walec główny (2) a oprawę górna (5) usytuowaną współosiowo z walcem głównym (2), po czym obracający się walec główny (2) i pierwszy walec oporowy (3) przesuwa materiał wsadowy (1) pomiędzy obracający się walec główny (2) i obracający się w przeciwnym kierunku do niego drugi walec oporowy (4) usytuowany symetrycznie do pierwszego walca oporowego (3) względem osi symetrii walca głównego (2), następnie materiał wsadowy (1) poprzez obracające się, walec główny (2), pierwszy walec oporowy (3) i drugi walec oporowy (4) osadza się do znajdującej się, pomiędzy osią poziomą walca głównego (2) a dolną krawędzią drugiego walca oporowego (4) i pierwszego walca oporowego (3) matrycy (6) z wyżłobionym wewnątrz kanałem kątowym (7).
