Abstract
Technologia wykorzystania naturalnych materiałów do suszenia solarnego osadów ściekowych i produkcji brykietów na bazie osadu ściekowego według wynalazku polega na tym, że odwodniony osad nadmierny, o maksymalnym uwodnieniu (w zakresie 85% — 90%) lub mniejszym, pochodzący z oczyszczania ścieków miesza się w stosunku objętościowym 45% z odpadowym materiałem ligno-celulozowym w postaci słomy, a następnie suszy solarnie i brykietuje się, z wydajnością do 160 kg/h tak, że średnica brykietu wynosi 8 cm, a brykiet ma otwór wzdłużny, temperatura procesu brykietowania regulowana jest od 150°C do 230°C, prasa jest prasą śrubową.
