Abstract
Technologia wykorzystania naturalnych materiałów do suszenia solarnego osadów ściekowych i produkcji brykietów na bazie osadu ściekowego według wynalazku polega na tym, że odwodniony osad nadmierny, o maksymalnym uwodnieniu (w zakresie 85% — 90%) lub mniejszym, pochodzący z oczyszczania ścieków miesza się w stosunku objętościowym 45% z odpadowym materiałem ligno-celulozowym w postaci słomy, a następnie suszy solarnie i brykietuje się, z wydajnością do 160 kg/h tak, że średnica brykietu wynosi 8 cm, a brykiet ma otwór wzdłużny, temperatura procesu brykietowania regulowana jest od 150°C do 230°C, prasa jest prasą śrubową.The technology of using natural materials for solar drying of sewage sludge and production of briquettes based on sewage sludge according to the invention consists in that dewatered excess sludge, with maximum hydration (in the range of 85% - 90%) or less, originating from sewage treatment is mixed in a volume ratio of 45% with waste lignocellulosic material in the form of straw, and then solar dried and briquetted, with a capacity of up to 160 kg/h, so that the briquette diameter is 8 cm and the briquette has a longitudinal hole, the briquetting process temperature is regulated from 150°C to 230°C, the press is a screw press.
