Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hydrofilowy biomateriał polimerowy w postaci hydrożelu do wzmacniania jądra miażdżystego kręgosłupa charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera podwójnie usieciowany kopolimer poliwinylopirolidonu, chitozanu i poli(glikolu etylenowego) o strukturze kopolimeru statystycznego, przy czym stężenie masowe poliwinylopirolidonu zawiera się w zakresie od 7,5% do 12%, stężenie masowe chitozanu zawiera się w zakresie od 1,5% do 2,5 %, a stężenie masowe poli(glikolu etylenowego) wynosi 1%, w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy biomateriału oraz sposób jego wytwarzania.
