Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób pobierania początkowego odcinka wstęgi z workami raszlowymi i układ podawania wstęgi worków raszlowych, mające zastosowanie w szczególności w procesach pakowania warzyw i owoców oraz maszynach pakujących. Sposób pobierania początkowego odcinka wstęgi z workami raszlowymi, polega na tym, że odcinek początkowy wstęgi (2) z workami raszlowymi nawiniętymi na szpuli (1) pobierany jest z zamocowanej obrotowo szpuli (1) za pomocą włosia (4) zamocowanej obrotowo szczotki walcowej (3) o równoległej osi obrotu do osi obrotu szpuli (1), którą to szczotkę walcową (3) przy pomocy napędu (7) obraca się w kierunku przeciwbieżnym do kierunku obrotu szpuli (1) napędzanej za pomocą napędu (8), dalej wstęgę (2) oddziela się od włosia (4) szczotki walcowej (3) za pomocą ślizgu grzebieniowego (5), którego zęby (6) wprowadza się w strefę obracającego się włosia (4), po czym oddzieloną wstęgę (2) prowadzi się przez napędzane rolki (10) do układu workującego maszyny pakującej. The method of taking the initial section of the web with raschel bags consists in taking the initial section of the web (2) with raschel bags wound on a reel (1) from a rotatably mounted reel (1) by means of the bristles (4) of a rotatably mounted cylindrical brush (3) with an axis of rotation parallel to the axis of rotation of the reel (1), which cylindrical brush (3) is rotated by means of a drive (7) in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the reel (1) driven by means of a drive (8), then the web (2) is separated from the bristles (4) of the cylindrical brush (3) by means of a comb slide (5), the teeth (6) of which are introduced into the zone of the rotating bristles (4), after which the separated web (2) is guided by driven rollers (10) to the bagging system of the packaging machine. The raschel bag feeding system is characterized in that in the zone of the rotatably mounted spool (1) with the wound ribbon (2) of raschel bags, a cylindrical brush (3) is rotatably mounted, which is mounted in such a way that the axis of the cylindrical brush (3) is parallel to the axis of rotation of the spool (1), wherein the cylindrical brush (3) is mounted relative to the axis of rotation of the spool (1) in such a way that the bristles (4) of the cylindrical brush overlap the ribbon (2), and in the zone of the cylindrical brush (3), a comb slide (5) is mounted, which is located in such a way that the teeth (6) of the comb slide (5) are inserted between the bristles (4) of the cylindrical brush (3), wherein the spool (1) and the cylindrical brush (3) are connected to independently operating drive systems, wherein the brush drive (7) (3) rotates the brush in the opposite direction to the drive (8) of the spool (1).
