Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy urządzenia i stanowiska załadunkowego do pakowania drewna opałowego w worki wiotkie, stosowanego przy ręcznym przygotowywaniu porcji handlowych. Urządzenie do pakowania drewna opałowego w worki wiotkie ma na sztywnej ramowej konstrukcji (2) nachylony w górę przenośnik zabierakowy (3), wchodzący dolną częścią do wnętrza kosza zasypowego (6) oraz odbierającą drewno z przenośnika zabierakowego (3) nachyloną w dół rampą załadunkową (7), zakończoną zasadniczo poziomym rusztem (11). Z rusztem (11) współpracuje stanowisko załadunkowe (14), na którym następuje ładowanie szczap do pozycjonowanego worka wiotkiego. Stanowisko załadunkowe (14) ma kosz załadowczy o kształcie zbliżonym do graniastosłupa prostokątnego otwartego od góry i z jednego czołowego boku oraz skrzynkową obudowę, we wnętrzu której znajduje się przesuwny w górę i w dół wózek, do którego zamocowana jest U - kształtna ramka (26), obejmująca od zewnątrz kosz załadowczy. U - kształtna ramka (26) ma zaczepy do mocowania worka wiotkiego wkładanego do kosza załadowczego i w miarę postępu załadunku podnosi się w górę, dzięki czemu napełniony worek dnem opuszcza się w dół aż do pełnego załadowania. U - kształtna ramka (26) może być wyposażona w leżącą nad nią prostokątną ramkę, stanowiącą zabezpieczenie dla ręki pracownika obsługi.The notification concerns a device and loading station for packing firewood in flaccid bags, used for manual preparation of commercial portions. The device for packing firewood in flaccid sacks has on a rigid frame structure (2) an upwardly sloping conveyor (3), entering through the lower part into the hopper (6) and receiving wood from the endless conveyor (3) inclined downwards with a loading ramp ( 7), ended with a substantially horizontal grate (11). A loading station (14) cooperates with the grate (11), at which the logs are loaded into a positioned flaccid bag. The loading station (14) has a loading basket similar in shape to a rectangular prism open from above and from one front side, and a box-like housing inside of which there is a sliding up and down trolley, to which the U-shaped frame (26) is attached, including loading bin from the outside. The U-shaped frame (26) has catches for attaching a flaccid bag inserted into the loading basket and rises upwards as loading progresses, thanks to which the filled sack is lowered downwards until it is fully loaded. The U-shaped frame (26) can be equipped with a rectangular frame lying above it, which serves as a safeguard for the operator's hand.
