Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób zasypu produktów do worków raszlowych i układ zasypu produktów do worków raszlowych, mające zastosowanie w szczególności w procesach pakowania warzyw i owoców oraz w maszynach pakujących. Sposób zasypu produktów do worków raszlowych charakteryzuje się tym, że w układzie podawania pakowanych produktów, do worków raszlowych (1) przesuwających się względem leja zasypowego (2) wprowadza się produkty, gdzie podczas zasypu ściany boczne leja zasypowego (2) rozszerza się za pomocą oddziaływania zewnętrznych układów napędowych (3), przy czym ściany boczne leja zasypowego (2) rozszerza się poprzez oddziaływanie rozciągające napędu (3) w kierunku prostopadłym do osi przesuwu wstęgi worków raszlowych (1) albo poprzez oddziaływanie ściskające napędu (3) w osi przesuwu wstęgi worków raszlowych (1), natomiast po napełnieniu worka raszlowego (1) układy napędowe (3) wracają do pozycji początkowej, powodując powrót kształtu leja zasypowego (2) do pozycji wyjściowej. Układ zasypu produktów do worków raszlowych charakteryzuje się tym, że lej zasypowy (2) o zmiennej geometrii usytuowany jest w strefie przebiegu wstęgi worków raszlowych (1) w taki sposób, że dolna końcówka leja zasypowego (2) umieszczona jest pomiędzy dwoma warstwami worka raszlowego, przy czym ściany boczne leja zasypowego (2) są podatne na zginanie i połączone są z elementami układów napędowych (3), które oddziałują na ściany boczne leja zasypowego (2) w kierunku prostopadłym do powierzchni ścian bocznych, powodując ich rozsunięcie na zewnątrz, albo napędy (3) połączone są z wierzchołkami leja zasypowego, oddziałując na nie w osi przesuwu wstęgi worków raszlowych (1), powodując ściśnięcie wierzchołków, a tym samym chwilowe zwiększenie przekroju poprzecznego końcówki leja zasypowego (2) wprowadzonej pomiędzy ściany worka raszlowego (1).The subject of the application is a method of pouring products into raschel bags and a system for pouring products into raschel bags, applicable in particular in the processes of packing vegetables and fruits and in packaging machines. The method of pouring products into raschel bags is characterized in that in the system for feeding packed products, products are introduced into raschel bags (1) moving relative to the hopper (2), where during pouring the side walls of the hopper (2) are expanded by means of the action of external drive systems (3), wherein the side walls of the hopper (2) are expanded by the tensile action of the drive (3) in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the raschel bag web (1) or by the compressive action of the drive (3) in the axis of the raschel bag web (1), whereas after filling the raschel bag (1) the drive systems (3) return to the initial position, causing the shape of the hopper (2) to return to the initial position. The system for pouring products into raschel bags is characterized in that the hopper (2) of variable geometry is located in the zone of the raschel bag web (1) in such a way that the lower end of the hopper (2) is placed between two layers of the raschel bag, wherein the side walls of the hopper (2) are susceptible to bending and are connected to elements of the drive systems (3) which act on the side walls of the hopper (2) in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the side walls, causing them to move apart outwards, or the drives (3) are connected to the tops of the hopper, acting on them in the axis of the raschel bag web (1), causing the tops to be compressed and thus temporarily increasing the cross-section of the end of the hopper (2) inserted between the walls of the raschel bag (1).
