Przedmiotem wynalazku jest samodoskonalący system do spawania konstrukcji metalowych z ograniczeniem odkształcania zawierający robota spawalniczego (10) z pakietem spawalniczym (9) oraz źródłem spawalniczym (8) z kontrolerem sterującym robotem spawalniczym (10) oraz stół spawalniczy (2) z pozycjonerami spawalniczymi (1), charakteryzuje się tym, że stół spawalniczy (2) stanowi kratownicę usztywniającą i posiada symetrycznie i/lub niesymetrycznie rozmieszczone dociski na kratownicy usztywniającej dla zamocowania spawanego ustroju oraz kamerę termowizyjną. W kratownicy usztywniającej umieszczony jest co najmniej jeden czujnik. Co najmniej jeden czujnik połączony jest z przetwornikiem odczytującym parametry z co najmniej jednego czujnika. Natomiast przetwornik odczytujący połączony jest z kontrolerem. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również samodoskonalący sposób spawania konstrukcji metalowych z ograniczaniem odkształcania.The subject of the invention is a self-perfecting system for welding metal structures with limited deformation, comprising a welding robot (10) with a welding package (9) and a welding source (8) with a controller controlling the welding robot (10) and a welding table (2) with welding positioners (1), characterized in that the welding table (2) constitutes a stiffening truss and has symmetrically and/or asymmetrically arranged clamps on the stiffening truss for securing the welded structure and a thermal imaging camera. At least one sensor is placed in the stiffening truss. At least one sensor is connected to a transducer reading parameters from at least one sensor. In turn, the reading transducer is connected to a controller. The subject of the invention is also a self-perfecting method of welding metal structures with limited deformation.
