Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of separating waste from the fat industry consisting in separating the oil fraction from the water fraction, characterized in that the raw material is subjected to thermal inactivation of microbiological contaminants of the raw material, bringing it to the optimum temperature for microorganisms, solid fraction content and pH, inoculating it with soap stock microorganism cells and conducting the bioprocess for a specified time, after which, using separation techniques, the oil fraction, which is the main product, and the water fraction, which after possible concentration is intended as a raw material for biogas production, are easily separated.
