Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób separacji odpadów z przemysłu tłuszczowego polegający na rozdzieleniu frakcji olejowej od frakcji wodnej charakteryzujący się tym, że surowiec poddaje się że polegający na termicznej inaktywacji zanieczyszczeń mikrobiologicznych surowego materiału, doprowadzeniu go do optymalnej dla mikroorganizmów temperatury, zawartości frakcji stałej i pH zaszczepieniu komórkami mikroorganizmów soap stocku i prowadzenie bioprocesu w określonym czasie, po którym za pomocą technik separacji łatwo oddziela się frakcję olejową, która jest głównym produktem i frakcję wodną, która po ewentualnym zatężeniu przeznaczona jest jako surowiec do produkcji biogazu.
