Abstract

Zgłoszenie ujawnia koncentrat krwinek płytkowych, który zawiera płytki krwi, osocze lub substytuty osocza i ich kombinacje oraz środek hamujący odwracalnie agregację płytek jest obecnych w stężeniu (0-100mM) umożliwiającym zachowanie płytek krwi in vitro i zachowanie aktywności funkcjonalnej płytek krwi, po ich rozrzedzeniu. Zgłoszenie ujawnia również sposób przechowywania koncentratu krwinek płytkowych polegający na tym, że po izolacji płytek krwi z krwi pobranej od dawców, preparat płytkowy jest zabezpieczany przed agregacją za pomocą związku chemicznego -(1S,2S,3R,5S)-3-[7-{[(1R,2S)-2-(3,4-difluorofenyl)cyklopropyl]amino}-5-(propyltio)-3H-[1,2,3]-triazol[4,5-d]pirymidyn-3-yl]-5-(2-hydroksyetoksy)cyklopentan-1,2-diol w stężeniu od 0,01 mmol/dm3 do 1 mol/dm3,który blokuje odwracalnie receptory P2Y12 płytek krwi zabezpieczając je przed agregacją, co umożliwia bezpieczne przechowywanie preparatów płytkowych powyżej 5 dni, w temperaturze pokojowej, w warunkach ciągłego mieszania.
