Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest system (1) zasilania co najmniej jednego urządzenia produkcyjnego (P1, P2, … Pn) pasmami materiału obejmujący magazyn (3) bobin (2), manipulator (5) zaopatrzony w głowicę (30) do chwytania i przenoszenia bobiny (2), urządzenia odwijające (100) do odwijania pasma materiału z kolejnych bobin (2) i podawania pasma materiału do urządzeń produkcyjnych (P1, P2, … Pn). Głowica (30) jest wyposażona w chwytak rozprężny do chwytania rolki nośnej bobiny (2) i chwytak szczękowy do chwytania końcówki nowego pasma materiału bobiny (2), przy czym manipulator (5) jest zamocowany suwliwie wzdłuż toru (T) przy urządzeniach odwijających (100), natomiast urządzenie odwijające (100) obejmuje jednostkę łączącą do łączenia nowego pasma materiału nowej bobiny (2) i starego pasma materiału zużytej bobiny, a manipulator (5) jest dostosowany do przewijania nowego pasma materiału bobiny (2) założonej na urządzeniu odwijającym (100) do jednostki łączącej. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także głowica manipulatora oraz sposób zasilania co najmniej jednego urządzenia produkcyjnego.
