Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wysokoogniotrwałe bezchromowe tworzywo spinelowe na bazie układu Mg-Cu-Fe-Al-O, charakteryzujące się tym, że posiada zwartą mikrostrukturę zawierającą w swoim składzie wieloskładnikową wysokoogniotrwałą fazę spinelową bezchromową, zsyntetyzowaną przez stopienie z użyciem plazmy łukowej, której to fazy spinelowej skład jest określony wzorem sumarycznym Mg0,5Fe0,25Cu0,25Al4,0O4, zawierającym 0,5 części molowych Mg, 0,25 części molowych Fe, 0,25 części molowych Cu i 4,0 części molowych Al, przy czym to monofazowe tworzywo zawierające złożoną wieloskładnikową fazę spinelową bezchromową (Mg,Cu)(Fe,Al)2O4 posiada gęstość piknometryczną w zakresie od 3,9643 do 4,0580 g/cm3 oraz sposób wytwarzania tego ogniotrwałego bezchromowego tworzywa spinelowego.
