Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia  jest glikoporfiryna typu A<sub>4</sub> o ogólnym wzorze 1 oraz sposób jej wytwarzania obejmujący: a) reakcję 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-(4,4,5,5-tetrametylo-1,3,2-dioksoborolan-2-ylo)fenylo)porfirynato)cynku(II) z związkiem o wzorze ogólnym 2 w mieszaninie N,N-dimetyloformamidu i toluenu w stosunku objętościowym 1:5, w obecności katalizatora palladowego, ligandu fosfinowego, tlenku srebra (I) i zasady w temperaturze 60 - 80°C, korzystnie w temperaturze 70°C przez 3 - 24 h, korzystnie przez 18 h z otrzymaniem związku o wzorze ogólnym 3; b) reakcję związku o wzorze ogólnym 3 otrzymanego w etapie a) z węglanem metalu, korzystnie węglanem potasu prowadzoną w mieszaninie metanolu i chlorku metylenu w stosunku objętościowym 1:1, w temperaturze 20 - 50°C, korzystnie w temperaturze pokojowej z otrzymaniem glikoporfiryny o wzorze ogólnym 1.
