Abstract

Palnik kotła grzewczego zgazowujący paliwa stałe, znajdujący się w dolnej części komory spalania charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z dwóch elementów (5A) i (5B) zbudowanych z metalowych blach o grubości co najmniej 3 mm nachylonych w dół w kierunku do środka komory spalania (2), pod kątem co najmniej 30 stopni, na które nałożony jest szamot ceramiczny (6) w postaci cegły. W dolnej części podstawy palnik wyposażony jest w co najmniej dwa rzędy otworów napowietrzających, a z tyłu rusztu znajdują się co najmniej dwa otwory (3) dolotowe powietrza wtórnego. Pole powierzchni otworów (3) powietrza wtórnego jest równe polu powierzchni otworów napowietrzających palnika, gdzie średnica otworów napowietrzających powietrza dolotowego wynosi co najmniej 10 mm.
