Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest makaron o właściwościach prozdrowotnych w szczególności przeznaczony do stosowania jako środek spożywczy w profilaktyce nadwagi i otyłości. Makaron zawiera mąkę pszenną i inulinę z korzenia cykorii podróżnik i charakteryzuje się tym, że mąkę pszenną stanowi mąka pełnoziarnista z pszenicy durum zastosowana w ilości 77-87 części wagowych, inulina z korzenia cykorii podróżnik stanowi 5-10 części wagowych i ponadto makaron zawiera błonnik owsiany w ilości 3-6 części wagowych, łuskę babki płesznik w ilości 2-4 części wagowych oraz makroelementy: wapń i magnez. Każdy z makroelementów jest na poziomie uzyskania minimum 15% RWS i maksimum 50% RWS w porcji 100 g produktu po ugotowaniu. Zawartość błonnika w 100 g ugotowanego produktu wynosi przynajmniej 6 g.
