Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna zawierająca: 5%-80% substancji aktywnej farmaceutycznie wybranej z grupy składającej się z: ibuprofenu i diklofenaku sodu; 5%-15% plastyfikatora w postaci behenianu glicerolu; oraz 5%-90% polimeru wybranego z grupy składającej się z: kopolimeru kwasu metakrylowego (metakrylan dimetyloaminoetylowy : metakrylan butylu : metakrylan metylu w stosunku molowym 2:1:1), kopolimeru estru kwasu metakrylowego (akrylan metylu : metakrylan metylu : ester kwasu metakrylowego z czwartorzędowymi grupami amoniowymi w stosunku molowym 1:2:0,2) oraz kopolimeru kwasu metakrylowego (kwas metakrylowy : metakrylan metylu w stosunku molowym 1:1). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest ponadto produkt farmaceutyczny w postaci ekstrudatu i tabletki zawierający tę kompozycję oraz sposoby ich wytwarzania.
