Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowy kondensator potasowo-jonowy składający się z umieszczonych w bezwodnym, organicznym elektrolicie elektrody dodatniej oraz ujemnej, oddzielonych od siebie separatorem, gdzie elektroda ujemna wykonana jest z materiału grafitowego, a elektroda dodatnia wykonana jest z materiału węglowego o silnie rozwiniętej powierzchni właściwej. Elektrolit zawiera octan potasu o wzorze 1.
