Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowy kondensator sodowo-jonowy składający się z umieszczonych w bezwodnym, organicznym elektrolicie elektrody ujemnej oraz dodatniej przedzielonych separatorem, gdzie elektroda dodatnia wykonana jest z węgla o wysoce rozwiniętej powierzchni właściwej, a elektroda ujemna wykonana jest z miękkiego albo węgla twardego. Elektrolit zawiera octan sodu o wzorze 1.
