Abstract

Hybrydowy układ napędowy bezzałogowego statku powietrznego o dużym udźwigu, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z przekładni planetarnej hybrydowej o dwóch stopniach swobody (1), do której podłączone są dwa napędy, to jest silnik o spalaniu wewnętrznym IC (2) oraz silnik elektryczny składający się ze stojana i wirnika, przy czym silnik spalinowy (2) zamocowany jest nieruchomo do obudowy (3) trzech łopat (7) za pomocą trzech pylonów zewnętrznych (4). Do korpusu silnika spalinowego (2) przykręcona jest za pomocą śrub wkręconych w gwintowane otwory nieruchoma stopniowa tuleja z kołnierzem, zaś w otworze tulei od strony kołnierza osadzone jest łożysko kombinowane igiełkowo-kulkowe, w którym osadzony jest obrotowo i ustalony za pomocą gwintu wykonanego na wale i nakrętki I wał główny, którego drugi koniec osadzony jest obrotowo za pomocą adaptera przykręconego to czoła wału głównego za pomocą śruby I, na którym znajduje się łożysko kulowe I osadzone w pieśćcie (6) połączonej za pomocą pylonów wewnętrznych (5) z obudową (3) trzech łopat (7), przy czym wał główny podłączony jest od strony nakrętki I za pomocą sprzęgła z wałem silnika spalinowego (2), a do tulei za pomocą śrub II przykręcony jest stojan silnika elektrycznego, przy czym w otworze tulei osadzone jest łożysko igiełkowe wzdłużne z obudową, które współpracuje z bieżnią wewnętrzną łożyska stożkowego I, która osadzona jest na wale głównym, przy czym na bieżni zewnętrznej łożyska stożkowego I zamontowana jest tarcza I jarzma do czoła której, za pomocą śrub III, przekręcony jest wirnik silnika elektrycznego wewnątrz którego, na obwodzie powierzchni wewnętrznej znajdują się magnesy trwałe.
