Abstract
Urządzenie mechatroniczne do stymulacji mięśni, zwłaszcza mięśnia czworogłowego uda, zawiera mikrokomputer, podstawę (1) z częścią tunelową (2) oraz z umieszczonymi na podstawie dwoma prowadnicami (3) równoległymi do siebie z osadzonym na nich wózkiem przesuwnym (4). Prowadnica (3) połączona jest z co najmniej jednym silnikiem liniowym (7). Wózek przesuwny (4) ma napęd i sterownik. Wewnątrz części tunelowej (2) podstawy (1) umieszczony jest mikrokomputer, który połączony jest z wyświetlaczem dotykowym. Na górnej, wewnętrznej stronie części tunelowej (2) podstawy (1), nad prowadnicami (3), zamocowane są co najmniej dwie szyny przesuwne, które połączone są z siłownikami liniowymi, które zamocowane są na górnej, wewnętrznej stronie części tunelowej (2) podstawy (1). Na szynach przesuwnych, poprzez siłownik teleskopowy, zamocowana jest ruchomo głowica (11), przy czym siłownik teleskopowy zamocowany jest do elementu bazowego tej głowicy (11). Do elementu bazowego zamocowany jest silnik krokowy, który połączony jest z elementem roboczym głowicy (11), do którego zamocowana jest końcówka masująca z kulistym zakończeniem, która połączona jest z silnikiem elektrycznym, który jest wewnątrz elementu roboczego, głowica ultradźwiękowa, która połączona jest z generatorem fal ultradźwiękowych, który jest wewnątrz elementu roboczego oraz zamocowane są elektrody, które połączone są z generatorem prądu, który jest wewnątrz elementu roboczego. A microcomputer is located inside the tunnel section (2) of the base (1), which is connected to a touchscreen display. At least two sliding rails are mounted on the upper, inner side of the tunnel section (2) of the base (1), above the guides (3). These rails are connected to linear actuators mounted on the upper, inner side of the tunnel section (2) of the base (1). A head (11) is movably mounted on the sliding rails via a telescopic actuator, wherein the telescopic actuator is attached to the base element of this head (11). A stepper motor is attached to the base element, which is connected to the working element of the head (11), to which is attached a massage tip with a spherical tip, which is connected to an electric motor located inside the working element; an ultrasonic head, which is connected to an ultrasonic wave generator located inside the working element; and electrodes are attached, which are connected to a current generator located inside the working element. A laser is mounted at the bottom of the base element.
