Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób utleniania toluenu do kwasu benzoesowego wobec katalizatora bromkowego, który polega na tym, że utlenianie prowadzi się w obecności 0,01% do 0,5% molowych, związku kobaltu w przeliczeniu na surowiec oraz n-bromowodorku melaminy w ilości 0,1% do 5% masowych w polarnym rozpuszczalniku w stosunku objętościowym do surowca 1:10 do 1:2, proces prowadzi się w obecności gazu zawierającego tlen, w temperaturze 110°C do 150°C, pod ciśnieniem 0,25 MPa do 2,0 MPa, w czasie 0,5 h do 2 h.
