Abstract

Sposób gięcia części blaszanej o stałej krzywiźnie prowadzi się tak, że blachę wsadową umieszcza się pomiędzy walcami (1, 2), po czym dla stosunku wybranego przesunięcia osi obrotu walców (1, 2) do wielkości średnicy zewnętrznej walca górnego (2) wyznacza się zależność wartości siły docisku od krzywizny gięcia, odwrotnie proporcjonalnej do promienia krzywizny. Następnie, z tej zależności, określa się wartość siły docisku dla zadanego promienia krzywizny, a następnie siłowniki (6) ustawia się tak, aby osiągnąć wyznaczoną wartość siły docisku walców (1, 2), po czym uruchamia się silnik (4) i poprzez przekładnię (5) wprawia się w ruch walec dolny (1) i rozpoczyna się gięcie blachy wsadowej, które prowadzi się do czasu uzyskania zadanego promienia krzywizny.
