Abstract

Urządzenie do gięcia blach o stałej krzywiźnie zawiera dwa walce (1, 2) oraz korpus (3) złożony z korpusu dolnego (3a) i posadowionego na nim korpusu górnego (3b). Korpus dolny (3a) zawiera silnik (4) połączony, poprzez przekładnię (5), z walcem dolnym (1). Korpus górny (3b) zawiera dwa siłowniki (6), które połączone są z dwoma końcami walca górnego (2) pokrytego warstwą elastomeru. Osie obrotu walców (1, 2) są przesunięte w stosunku do siebie w płaszczyźnie poziomej korpusu dolnego (3a) o przesunięcie (f), którego wartość wynosi od 1% do 6% wielkości średnicy zewnętrznej walca górnego (2).
