Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania itrakonazolu w stabilnej fazie nematycznej polegający na tym, że materiał wyjściowy stanowiący itrakonazol o strukturalnym wzorze 1 umieszcza się w komorze młyna mechanicznego, po czym poddaje się go co najmniej jednemu cyklowi mielenia mechanicznego, korzystnie co najmniej kilkunastu cyklom mielenia mechanicznego, z częstotliwością uderzeń co najmniej 10 Hz, dobierając parametry procesu tak, aby temperatura materiału mielonego nie przekraczała 438 K, przy czym czas pojedynczego cyklu wynosi co najmniej 1 minutę, a całkowity czas mielenia jest krótszy niż czas, w którym następuje rozpad chemiczny itrakonazolu lub jego przejście do innej niż nematyczna fazy strukturalnej.
