Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wiskoelastycznej biopianki poliuretanowej, w którym to sposobie komponent poliolowy zawierający mieszaninę polioli z rebiopoliolem, substancję powierzchniowo-czynną, katalizator i wodę miesza się z komponentem izocyjanianowym, po czym wylewa do formy i sezonuje. Komponent poliolowy zawiera mieszaninę polioli, w tym od 10% do 30% mas. rebiopoliolu oraz poliol polieterowy na bazie sorbitolu, reaktywny polioksyalkilenotriol petrochemiczny na bazie gliceryny i poliol polieterowy, kopolimer blokowo-statystyczny tlenku etylenu i tlenku propylenu na bazie gliceryny. Stosowany rebiopoliol jest produktem chemolizy biopianki poliuretanowej glikolem dietylenowym.
