Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wiskoelastycznej biopianki poliuretanowej, w którym to sposobie komponent poliolowy zawierający mieszaninę polioli, substancję powierzchniowo-czynną, katalizator, przedłużacz łańcucha i wodę miesza się z komponentem izocyjanianowym, po czym wylewa do formy i sezonuje. Komponent poliolowy zawiera mieszaninę polioli, w skład której wchodzi 10% do 60% mas. biopoliolu, od 0 do 30% mas. poliolu polieterowego na bazie sorbitolu, od 20% do 35% mas. reaktywnego wysokofunkcyjnego polioksyalikilenolu, 20% mas. poliolu polieterowego, kopolimeru blokowo-statystycznego tlenku etylenu i tlenku propylenu na bazie gliceryny. Na każde 100 g mieszaniny polioli używa się od 0,2 do 1 g katalizatora, od 0,1 do 1,0 g substancji powierzchniowo czynnych, od 2 do 3 g przedłużacza łańcucha i od 2 do 4,2 g wody, następnie wszystkie składniki komponentu poliolowego miesza się, po czym dodaje się do nich komponent izocyjanianowy z zachowaniem indeksu izocyjanianowego od 0,45 do 0,6, całość miesza się, wylewa do formy i sezonuje.
