Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja doustna zawierająca płynny ekstrakt Gymnema sylvestre charakteryzująca się tym, że stosunek ilości surowca roślinnego do ilości otrzymanego przetworu roślinnego (DER) wynosi od 1:3 do 1:5, przy czym kompozycja ma postać aerozolu i jest rozpylana za pomocą atomizera. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także zastosowania kompozycji według wynalazku do miejscowego blokowania receptorów smaku.
