Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy filtra (1) znajdującego zastosowanie w szczególności do ścian i kabin lakierniczych oraz w innych tego typu urządzeniach wykorzystujących lakiery lub farby do pokrywania pożądanych powierzchni. Filtr (1) zawiera obudowę (2) utworzoną przez ściany boczne (2.1.1, 2.1.2) — ścianę boczną lewą (2.1.1) oraz ścianę boczną prawą (2.1.2), dno (2.2), ścianę wierzchnią (2.3), ścianę frontową (2.4) oraz ścianę tylną (2.5). Ściany boczne (2.1.1, 2.1.2) posiadają zagięcia (3) przystosowane do zginania ścian bocznych (2.1.1, 2.1.2) wzdłuż osi poprzecznej filtra (1), a ściana frontowa (2.4) obudowy (2) zawiera otwór wlotowy (4) przystosowany do wpuszczania filtrowanej mieszaniny cząstek, przy czym naprzeciwlegle do ściany frontowej (2.4) znajduje się ściana tylna (2.5) obudowy (2) zawierająca otwór wylotowy (5). Ponadto filtr (1) wyposażony jest w medium filtracyjne o kształcie harmonijki, znajdujące się między ścianą boczną lewą (2.1.1) a ścianą boczną prawą (2.1.2) obudowy (2). Filtr (1) charakteryzuje się tym, że obudowa (2) zawiera co najmniej jeden łącznik będący zespołem elementów zawiasowych wystających poza krawędź ścian bocznych (2.1.1, 2.1.2) i połączonych ze sobą, a ponadto łącznik stanowi połączenie pomiędzy ścianą boczną lewą (2.1.1) a ścianą boczną prawą (2.1.2) obudowy (2).
