Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół do osadzania na ciągniku narzędzi roboczych, mający zastosowanie do prac ziemnych, zwłaszcza w rolnictwie w szczególności wymagających prostoliniowości położenia narzędzia względem toru jazdy ciągnika. Zespół ten charakteryzuje się tym, że na ciągniku osadzona jest rama główna (1) mająca koła podporowe (10), każde z pierścieniem, na której przytwierdzona jest płyta narzędziowa (2), do której na łożyskach ślizgowych, usytuowanych na prowadnicach (4) osadzone są oprawy (5), przy czym płyta narzędziowa (2) połączona jest trwale z siłownikiem hydraulicznym (3) dwustronnego działania, osadzonym przesuwnie na wsporniku (18), połączonym ze sterownikiem (19), a ten z czujnikiem (20) linii obróbczej, poza tym na oprawach (5) zamocowane są co najmniej dwa haki narzędziowe (12), każdy mający gniazdo na osadzone na sworzniu (14) płytki regulacyjne (17) i na sworzniu (13) hak narzędziowy (12).The subject of the application is an assembly for mounting working tools on a tractor, applicable for earthworks, especially in agriculture, in particular requiring the straightness of the tool position relative to the tractor's track. This assembly is characterized in that a main frame (1) is mounted on the tractor, having support wheels (10), each with a ring, on which a tool plate (2) is mounted, to which mountings (5) are mounted on slide bearings located on guides (4), the tool plate (2) being permanently connected to a double-acting hydraulic cylinder (3), slidably mounted on a bracket (18), connected to a controller (19), and this to a processing line sensor (20); in addition, at least two tool hooks (12) are mounted on the mountings (5), each having a socket for an adjustment plate (17) mounted on a pin (14) and a tool hook (12) mounted on a pin (13).
