Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół do osadzania na ciągniku narzędzi roboczych, mający zastosowanie do prac ziemnych, zwłaszcza w rolnictwie w szczególności wymagających prostoliniowości położenia narzędzia względem toru jazdy ciągnika. Zespół ten charakteryzuje się tym, że na ciągniku osadzona jest rama główna (1) mająca koła podporowe (10), każde z pierścieniem, na której przytwierdzona jest płyta narzędziowa (2), do której na łożyskach ślizgowych, usytuowanych na prowadnicach (4) osadzone są oprawy (5), przy czym płyta narzędziowa (2) połączona jest trwale z siłownikiem hydraulicznym (3) dwustronnego działania, osadzonym przesuwnie na wsporniku (18), połączonym ze sterownikiem (19), a ten z czujnikiem (20) linii obróbczej, poza tym na oprawach (5) zamocowane są co najmniej dwa haki narzędziowe (12), każdy mający gniazdo na osadzone na sworzniu (14) płytki regulacyjne (17) i na sworzniu (13) hak narzędziowy (12).
