Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy urządzenia (1) do wyznaczania temperatury głębokiej człowieka CBT, przeznaczonego do umieszczenia na segmencie ciała kończyny i charakteryzującego się tym, że zawiera moduł (2) estymacji perfuzji krwi przepływającej w całym segmencie ciała kończyny; moduł (3) pomiaru temperatury powierzchni skóry i gęstości strumienia ciepła; jednostkę centralną (5) połączoną z modułem (2) estymacji perfuzji krwi przepływającej w całym segmencie ciała kończyny i z modułem (3) pomiaru temperatury powierzchni skóry i gęstości strumienia ciepła, przeznaczoną do wyznaczania temperatury głębokiej człowieka (CBT) w oparciu co najmniej o sygnały z przyłączonych modułów (2, 3); oraz element nośny komponentów (2, 3, 5) urządzenia (1) mocowany na wspomnianym segmencie ciała kończyny. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także sposobu wyznaczania temperatury głębokiej człowieka CBT, charakteryzującego się tym, że wyznacza się S1 estymaty wartości w czasie perfuzji krwi WB(t) przepływającej w całym segmencie ciała kończyny; rejestruje się S2 wartości temperatury Temp(t) oraz gęstości strumieni cieplnych HF(t) na skórze badanego segmentu ciała kończyny; wstępnie przetwarza się S3 uzyskane wartości temperatury Temp(t), gęstości strumieni cieplnych HF(t) i estymaty wartości w czasie perfuzji krwi WB(t); oraz wyznacza się S4 temperaturę CBT na podstawie co najmniej wstępnie przetworzonych wartości Temp(t), HF(t), WB(t) z wykorzystaniem estymatora.
