Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania α,β—nienasyconych poliestrów gliceryny w reakcji α,β—nienasyconego alifatycznego kwasu dikarboksylowego lub bezwodnika α,β—nienasyconego alifatycznego kwasu dikarboksylowego z gliceryną, charakteryzujący się tym, że w etapie a) miesza się ze sobą α,β—nienasycony alifatyczny kwas dikarboksylowy lub bezwodnik nienasyconego alifatycznego kwasu dikarboksylowego z gliceryną w stosunku molowym od 5:1 do 1:5. W kolejnym etapie b) ogrzewa się uzyskaną mieszaninę reakcyjną do temperatury 100°C — 180°C. Następnie, w etapie c) dodaje się do mieszaniny reakcyjnej inhibitor polimeryzacji rodnikowej w stężeniu do 10% wag. względem mieszaniny reakcyjnej, a w kolejnym etapie d) dodaje się do mieszaniny reakcyjnej katalizator w ilości od 0,5% do 5% wag. względem monomeru kwasu. Następnie, w etapie e) ogrzewa się uzyskaną mieszaninę reakcyjną w temperaturze 100°C — 180°C przez 1 — 10 h, cały czas mieszając.
