Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulowanego nawozu organiczno-mineralnego z aminokwasami, polegającego na tym, że osady ściekowe po osadniku wtórnym lub osady z komór fermentacyjnych, mączkę mięsno-kostną i/lub wióry rogowe, zmieszane w proporcji od 4:1:1 do 8:1:1 poddaje się hydrolizie kwasowej z wykorzystaniem kwasu siarkowego(VI) w stosunku od 8:1 do 1:1, w temperaturze 20°C - 120°C w czasie 0,5 - 24 godzin. Zneutralizowany do pH od 0,5 do 3,5 wodorotlenkiem potasu hydrolizat uzupełnia się o mikroelementy z grupy Cu, Mn, Zn oraz Fe z wykorzystaniem soli siarczanowych oraz B z zastosowaniem kwasu borowego, tak by stężenie każdego pierwiastka wynosiło od 0,05% do 1,0% wag. w odniesieniu do mieszaniny. Roztwór granuluje się mieszaniną torfu, popiołu ze spalania słomy, zbóż, rzepaku, bobiku, lnu, maku lub/i tlenku magnezu, zmieszanych w stosunku od 2:1 do 1:1 lub od 2:2:1 do 1:1:1, z udziałem związku zwiększającego wytrzymałość granul w postaci lignosulfonianu cynku lub manganu, stosując stosunek mieszaniny do lepiszcza wynoszący od 8:1 do 1:1. Otrzymany preparat suszy się napowietrznie lub w temperaturze nie przekraczającej 40°C. Zgłoszenie dotyczy również nawozu organiczno-mineralnego, zawierającego, od 0,05% do 1% wagowych mieszaniny aminokwasów, pozyskanych z osadów po osadniku wtórnym lub z osadów pochodzących z komór fermentacyjnych, mączki mięsno-kostnej i/lub wiórów rogowych, poddanych hydrolizie kwasowej z użyciem kwasu siarkowego(VI). Zawartość makroelementów w nawozie wynosi w procentach wagowych (% wag.): N - od 2% do 10% wag., C – od 15% do 40% wag, P2O5 - od 1,5% do 6% wag., K2O - od 1,5% do 6% wag., CaO - od 1,6% do 6% wag., MgO - od 3% do 12% wag., SO3 - od 15% do 30% wag., a mikroelementów: Cu - od 0,05% do 0,6% wag., Fe - od 0,05% do 1,5% wag., Mn - od 0,05% do 0,6% wag., Zn - od 0,05% do 0,6% wag.The subject of the application is a method for producing a granulated organo-mineral fertilizer with amino acids, consisting in that sewage sludge from a secondary settling tank or sludge from fermentation chambers, meat and bone meal and/or horn chips, mixed in a ratio of 4:1:1 to 8:1:1, is subjected to acid hydrolysis using sulfuric acid (VI) in a ratio of 8:1 to 1:1, at a temperature of 20°C - 120°C for 0.5 - 24 hours. The hydrolyzate, neutralized to a pH of 0.5 to 3.5 with potassium hydroxide, is supplemented with trace elements from the groups Cu, Mn, Zn, and Fe using sulfate salts, and B using boric acid, so that the concentration of each element is from 0.05% to 1.0% by weight in relation to the mixture. The solution is granulated with a mixture of peat, ash from the combustion of straw, cereals, rapeseed, field beans, flax, poppy and/or magnesium oxide, mixed in a ratio of 2:1 to 1:1 or from 2:2:1 to 1:1:1, with a compound increasing the strength of the granules in the form of zinc or manganese lignosulfonate, using a mixture to binder ratio of 8:1 to 1:1. The obtained preparation is dried airborne or at a temperature not exceeding 40°C. The application also concerns an organo-mineral fertilizer containing from 0.05% to 1% by weight of a mixture of amino acids obtained from sludge from a secondary settling tank or from sludge from fermentation chambers, meat and bone meal and/or horn chips, subjected to acid hydrolysis using sulfuric acid. The content of macroelements in the fertilizer is in percentage by weight (% wt.): N - from 2% to 10% wt., C - from 15% to 40% wt., P2O5 - from 1.5% to 6% wt., K2O - from 1.5% to 6% wt., CaO - from 1.6% to 6% wt., MgO - from 3% to 12% wt., SO3 - from 15% to 30% wt., and microelements: Cu - from 0.05% to 0.6% wt., Fe - from 0.05% to 1.5% wt., Mn - from 0.05% to 0.6% wt., Zn - from 0.05% to 0.6% wt.
