Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest palnik kotła pelletowego z automatycznie czyszczącym się rusztem zawierający korpus, komorę spalania, ruszt, wentylator, zespół podajnika pelletu, zapalarkę. Palnik jest charakterystyczny tym, że ruszt (1) zawiera zintegrowaną komorę powietrzną (1.1) mieszczącą się poniżej górnej części paleniskowej (1.2) i połączoną z wentylatorem (2), górna część paleniskowa (1.2) wyposażona jest w otwory napowietrzające (1.2.1), a w dolnej części komory powietrznej (1.1) mieści się przesłona rewizyjna (1.3). Ruszt (1) jest obudowany korpusem (3) i ruchomo przymocowany do niego za pośrednictwem zespołu napędowego (4) i co naj mniej jednego ruchomego ramienia (5), porusza się w korpusie (4) między pozycją dolną a pozycją górną, gdzie pozycja górna znajduje się bliżej wylotu (6) palnika.The subject of the application is a pellet boiler burner with an automatically cleaning grate comprising a body, a combustion chamber, a grate, a fan, a pellet feeder assembly, and an igniter. The burner is characterized in that the grate (1) comprises an integrated air chamber (1.1) located below the upper combustion part (1.2) and connected to the fan (2), the upper combustion part (1.2) is equipped with aeration holes (1.2.1), and an inspection shutter (1.3) is located in the lower part of the air chamber (1.1). The grate (1) is enclosed by a body (3) and movably attached thereto via a drive unit (4) and at least one movable arm (5), moving within the body (4) between a lower and an upper position, where the upper position is closer to the burner outlet (6).
