Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest materiał kompozytowy na bazie żywicy epoksydowej i kruszywa grubego charakteryzujący się tym, że materiał w swoim składzie zawiera składnik A - bazę o średniej masie cząsteczkowej ≤ 700 na bazie bisfenolu A, w ilości 16% — 47% wag., składnik B - utwardzacz na bazie poliamin alifatycznych zawierający w swoim składzie alkohol benzylowy w ilości 8% — 23% wag. oraz składnik C kruszywo grube w ilości 30% — 76% wag., przy czym żywica epoksydowa zawiera składnik A i składnik B w stosunku wagowym A:B=100:50. Ponadto, zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania materiału kompozytowego na bazie żywicy epoksydowej kruszywa grubego.The subject of the application is a composite material based on epoxy resin and coarse aggregate, characterized in that the material contains component A - a base with an average molecular weight of ≤ 700 based on bisphenol A, in an amount of 16% - 47% by weight, component B - a hardener based on aliphatic polyamines containing benzyl alcohol in an amount of 8% - 23% by weight, and component C - coarse aggregate in an amount of 30% - 76% by weight, wherein the epoxy resin contains component A and component B in a weight ratio of A:B = 100:50. Furthermore, the application also covers a method for producing a composite material based on epoxy resin and coarse aggregate.
