Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest materiał kompozytowy na bazie żywicy epoksydowej i kruszywa grubego charakteryzujący się tym, że materiał w swoim składzie zawiera składnik A - bazę o średniej masie cząsteczkowej ≤ 700 na bazie bisfenolu A, w ilości 16% — 47% wag., składnik B - utwardzacz na bazie poliamin alifatycznych zawierający w swoim składzie alkohol benzylowy w ilości 8% — 23% wag. oraz składnik C kruszywo grube w ilości 30% — 76% wag., przy czym żywica epoksydowa zawiera składnik A i składnik B w stosunku wagowym A:B=100:50. Ponadto, zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania materiału kompozytowego na bazie żywicy epoksydowej kruszywa grubego.
