Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przestawiony na rysunku sposób prowadzenia elektrodializy odpowiedni do konwersji mleczanu sodu w kwas mlekowy, charakteryzujący się tym, że do trzykomorowego elektrodializera z modułem bipolarnym zbudowanym z komórek o układzie membran BPM-AM-CM wprowadza się nadawę będącą roztworem mleczanu sodu o stężeniu od 50 do 200 g/L mleczanu sodu, przy czym w wyniku sposobu otrzymuje się trzy produkty: roztwór kwasu mlekowego, roztwór wodorotlenku sodu oraz zubożony strumień nadawy pozbawiony większości jonów sodowych i mleczanowych i przy czym roztworem przyelektrodowym katody i anody jest wodny roztwór wodorotlenku sodu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są również sposoby otrzymywania kawasu mlekowego z wykorzystaniem tego procesu elektrodializy.
