Abstract

Wysokomomentowa maszyna z przekładnią magnetyczną charakteryzuje się tym, że ma kolejno ułożone elementy w postaci jarzma wirnika wewnętrznego (1), na którym osadzone jest wewnętrzne koło (2) z magnesów trwałych ułożonych koncentrycznie z biegunami magnetycznymi magnesowanymi według rozwiniętej koncepcji Halbacha, warstwy biegunów żelaznych (3), zewnętrznego ruchomego koła magnetycznego (4) z magnesów trwałych ułożonych koncentrycznie z biegunami magnetycznymi magnesowanymi normalnie, zewnętrznego nieruchomego stojana (5) ze skosowanym użłobkowaniem, przy czym pomiędzy sąsiadującymi ze sobą elementami są szczeliny powietrzne (6, 7, 8), natomiast warstwa biegunów żelaznych (3) i jarzmo wirnika wewnętrznego (1), na którym osadzone jest wewnętrzne koło (2) są naprzemiennie ruchome lub nieruchome, przy czym ruchome elementy są ułożyskowane, a warstwa biegunów żelaznych (3) wykonana jest z nieprzylegających do siebie i połączonych ze sobą części łukowych.A high-torque magnetic gear machine is characterized in that it has sequentially arranged elements in the form of an internal rotor yoke (1), on which an internal wheel (2) is mounted, made of permanent magnets arranged concentrically with magnetic poles magnetized according to the developed Halbach concept, a layer of iron poles (3), an external movable magnetic wheel (4) made of permanent magnets arranged concentrically with magnetic poles magnetized normally, an external stationary stator (5) with beveled grooves, wherein there are air gaps (6, 7, 8) between adjacent elements, while the layer of iron poles (3) and the internal rotor yoke (1), on which the internal wheel (2) is mounted, are alternately movable or stationary, wherein the movable elements are mounted on bearings, and the layer of iron poles (3) is made of non-adjacent and interconnected arc parts.
