Urządzenie do mierzenia odległości względem obiektu charakteryzuje się tym, że ma jedno ramię (1) z dwoma emiterami laserowymi (2) usytuowanymi jeden obok drugiego, przy czym emitery laserowe (2) ułożone są względem siebie pod kątem, a kierunki wyjścia wiązek laserowych (3, 4) dwóch emiterów laserowych (2) nie są do siebie równoległe i przecinają się w jednym punkcie na obiekcie pomiarowym (5).
