Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wieloskładnikowego nawozu fosforowego, gdzie odpad popiołowy miesza się z mlewem fosforytowym w stosunku wagowym w zakresie od 1:9 do 4:1, po czym do mieszaniny odpadu popiołowego i mlewa fosforytowego dodaje się wodny roztwór kwasu mineralnego o stężeniu co najmniej 35% i temperaturze w zakresie od 30°C do 95°C o stosunku wagowym w zakresie od 1:0,4 do 1:1,5, po czym mieszaninę poddaje się obróbce w temperaturze w zakresie od 100°C do 150°C, przy ciśnieniu w zakresie od 0,9 bar do 1,1 bar. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także nawóz wytworzony powyższym sposobem.The subject of the application is a method for producing a multi-component phosphate fertilizer, wherein ash waste is mixed with phosphate rock milling material in a weight ratio ranging from 1:9 to 4:1, after which an aqueous solution of mineral acid with a concentration of at least 35% and a temperature ranging from 30°C to 95°C with a weight ratio ranging from 1:0.4 to 1:1.5 is added to the mixture of ash waste and phosphate rock milling material, after which the mixture is treated at a temperature ranging from 100°C to 150°C, at a pressure ranging from 0.9 bar to 1.1 bar. The subject of the application also covers a fertilizer produced by the above method.
