Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób weryfikacji i sterowania urządzeniem grzewczym montowanym zwłaszcza w przedziałach sanitarnych ambulansów obejmujący wyznaczenie przedziału ufności dla temperatury przedziału sanitarnego i uwzględniający intensywność nagrzewania szacowaną za pomocą metody najmniejszych kwadratów, mający zastosowanie w układach elektronicznych sterowania nagrzewaniem ambulansu. Sposób weryfikacji i sterowania urządzeniem grzewczym montowanym zwłaszcza w przedziałach sanitarnych ambulansów obejmujący wyznaczenie przedziału ufności dla temperatury przedziału sanitarnego oraz uwzględniający intensywność nagrzewania szacowaną za pomocą metody najmniejszych kwadratów, w którym to dokonuje się pomiaru temperatury za pomocą co najmniej jednego czujnika temperatury zamontowanego w punkcie krzyżowania się osi wylotów nagrzewnicy lub w środku noszy, charakteryzuje się tym, że na podstawie ciągu odczytów temperatury {Ttj}0≤j≤n w momentach t0≤t1≤…tn (moment ostatniego pomiaru jest mniejszy niż wymagany czas ogrzewania tn<treq przedziału sanitarnego) wyznacza się wartość oczekiwaną parametru efektywności ogrzewania przedstawioną za pomocą wzoru A, wariancję przedstawioną za pomocą wzoru B, gdzie: Tmax — maksymalna temperatura ogrzania; T0 — poziom referencyjny, równy temperaturze początkowej pomiaru; Ttj — wartość temperatury w momencie tj, 0≤j≤n; Treq — minimalny wymagany poziom temperatury po czasie treq; treq — wymagany czas ogrzewania ambulansu, dla którego temperatura przedziału sanitarnego powinna być nie mniejsza niż Treq, następnie dla poziomu istotności α wyznaczamy przedział ufności (T15(λL),T15(λU)), gdzie granice przedziału wyznaczamy za pomocą wzoru C, natomiast λL to wzór D, λU to wzór E oraz wielkość U1-α/2 jest kwantylem rzędu 1—α/2 dla rozkładu normalnego N(0,1); jeżeli na podstawie obserwacji {(Ttj,tj)}0≤j≤n spełniona nierówność T15(λU)≤Treq to z prawdopodobieństwem 1-α/2 wymagana temperatura przedziału sanitarnego nie zostanie osiągnięta oraz należy zwiększyć moc urządzenia grzewczego, aby w momencie treq temperatura przedziału sanitarnego przekroczyła wymaganą wartość Treq; jeżeli natomiast na podstawie obserwacji {Ttj}0≤j≤n spełniona nierówność T15(λL)≥Treq to z prawdopodobieństwem 1-α/2 należy przyjąć, iż minimalna wymagana wielkość temperatury Treq przedziału sanitarnego po czasie treq zostanie osiągnięta; jeżeli na podstawie obserwacji {(Ttj,tj)}0≤j≤n wymagana temperatura należy do przedziału ufności, tzn. A method of verifying and controlling a heating device installed particularly in sanitary compartments of ambulances, comprising determining a confidence interval for the temperature of the sanitary compartment and taking into account the heating intensity estimated using the least squares method, in which the temperature is measured using at least one temperature sensor mounted at the point of intersection of the heater outlet axes or in the middle of the stretcher, is characterized in that, on the basis of a sequence of temperature readings {Ttj}0≤j≤n at moments t0≤t1≤…tn (the moment of the last measurement is less than the required heating time tn<treq of the sanitary compartment), the expected value of the heating efficiency parameter is determined, presented by means of formula A, the variance presented by means of formula B, where: Tmax — maximum heating temperature; T0 — reference level, equal to the initial temperature of the measurement; Ttj — temperature value at moment tj, 0≤j≤n; Treq — minimum required temperature level after time treq; treq — required ambulance heating time, for which the sanitary compartment temperature should not be less than Treq, then for the significance level α we determine the confidence interval (T15(λL),T15(λU)), where the limits of the interval are determined using formula C, while λL is formula D, λU is formula E and the quantity U1-α/2 is the quantile of order 1—α/2 for the normal distribution N(0,1); if based on the observations {(Ttj,tj)}0≤j≤n the inequality T15(λU)≤Treq is met, then with probability 1-α/2 the required sanitary compartment temperature will not be achieved and the power of the heating device should be increased so that at the moment treq the temperature of the sanitary compartment exceeds the required value of Treq; if, on the basis of observations {Ttj}0≤j≤n, the inequality T15(λL)≥Treq is met, then with probability 1-α/2 it should be assumed that the minimum required temperature value Treq of the sanitary compartment after time treq will be achieved; if, on the basis of observations {(Ttj,tj)}0≤j≤n, the required temperature belongs to the confidence interval, i.e. Treqϵ(T15(λL),T15(λU)), then the behavior of the sanitary compartment temperature should be observed.
