Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób weryfikacji i sterowania urządzeniem grzewczym montowanym zwłaszcza w przedziałach sanitarnych ambulansów, obejmujący wyznaczenie prawdopodobieństwa osiągnięcia temperatury przedziału sanitarnego oraz uwzględniający intensywność nagrzewania szacowaną za pomocą metody różnicowej, mający zastosowanie w układach elektronicznych sterowania nagrzewaniem ambulansu. Sposób weryfikacji i sterowania urządzeniem grzewczym montowanym zwłaszcza w przedziałach sanitarnych ambulansów, obejmujący wyznaczenie prawdopodobieństwa osiągnięcia temperatury przedziału sanitarnego oraz uwzględniający intensywność nagrzewania szacowaną za pomocą średniej z transformacji, w którym to dokonuje się pomiaru temperatury za pomocą co najmniej jednego czujnika temperatury zamontowanego w punkcie krzyżowania się osi wylotów nagrzewnicy lub w środku noszy, charakteryzuje się tym, że na podstawie ciągu odczytów temperatury {Ttj}0≤j≤n w momentach t0≤t1≤…tn (moment ostatniego pomiaru jest mniejszy niż wymagany czas ogrzewania tn<treq przedziału sanitarnego) wyznacza się rozkład parametru efektywności ogrzewania za pomocą wzoru A, wariancję za pomocą wzoru B, gdzie: Tmax — maksymalna temperatura ogrzania; T0 — poziom referencyjny, równy temperaturze początkowej pomiaru; Ttj — wartość temperatury w momencie tj, 0≤j≤n; Treq — minimalny wymagany poziom temperatury po czasie treq; treq — wymagany czas ogrzewania ambulansu, dla którego temperatura przedziału sanitarnego powinna być nie mniej sza niż Treq, następnie wyznacza się prawdopodobieństwo przekroczenia wymaganej temperatury Treq w czasie 15 min pod warunkiem że w momencie tn temperatura jest równa Ttn, odwzorowano wzorem C, gdzie F() jest dystrybuantą rozkładu N(0,1), jeżeli na podstawie obserwacji {(Ttj,tj)}0≤j≤n spełniona nierówność P(T15≥Treq|T=Ttn)<1—α to prawdopodobieństwo, że wymagana temperatura przedziału sanitarnego po czasie treq zostanie osiągnięta jest poniżej 1—α oraz należy zwiększyć moc urządzenia grzewczego, aby w momencie treq temperatura przedziału sanitarnego przekroczyła wymaganą wartość Treq, jeżeli natomiast na podstawie obserwacji {Ttj}0≤j≤n spełniona nierówność P(T15≥Treq=T Ttn)≥1—α to z prawdopodobieństwem co najmniej 1—α należy przyjąć, iż minimalna wymagana wielkość temperatury Treq przedziału sanitarnego po czasie treq zostanie osiągnięta.The subject of the application is a method of verifying and controlling a heating device installed in particular in sanitary compartments of ambulances, comprising determining the probability of reaching the temperature of the sanitary compartment and taking into account the heating intensity estimated using the differential method, applicable in electronic systems for controlling ambulance heating. The method of verifying and controlling a heating device installed in particular in sanitary compartments of ambulances, comprising determining the probability of reaching the temperature of the sanitary compartment and taking into account the heating intensity estimated using the average of the transformation, in which the temperature is measured using at least one temperature sensor installed at the point of intersection of the axes of the heater outlets or in the middle of the stretcher, is characterized in that on the basis of a sequence of temperature readings {Ttj}0≤j≤n at moments t0≤t1≤…tn (the moment of the last measurement is less than the required heating time tn<treq of the sanitary compartment), the distribution of the heating efficiency parameter is determined using formula A, the variance using formula B, where: Tmax - maximum heating temperature; T0 — reference level, equal to the initial temperature of the measurement; Ttj — temperature value at moment tj, 0≤j≤n; Treq — minimum required temperature level after time treq; treq — required ambulance heating time, for which the temperature of the sanitary compartment should be not less than Treq, then the probability of exceeding the required temperature Treq within 15 minutes is determined, provided that at the moment tn the temperature is equal to Ttn, represented by the formula C, where F() is the distribution function of the N(0,1) distribution, if based on the observation {(Ttj,tj)}0≤j≤n the inequality P(T15≥Treq|T=Ttn)<1—α is met, then the probability that the required temperature of the sanitary compartment after the time treq is reached is below 1—α and the power of the heating device should be increased so that at the moment treq the temperature of the sanitary compartment exceeds the required value of Treq, if on the basis of the observation {Ttj}0≤j≤n the inequality P(T15≥Treq=T Ttn)≥1—α is met, then it should be assumed with a probability of at least 1—α that the minimum required temperature value Treq of the sanitary compartment will be reached after time treq.
